Are you struggling in your business – demanding clients or undiscerning business partners? Are you constantly fighting in your “not-so-romantic” relationship? Do you think life is a battlefield?
This morning during my Yoga exercises when I felt a great relief in the relaxation phase I remembered times in my professional and private life where I was constantly fighting with my fists tightly clenched – for a big piece of the cake – I felt naturally deserve, but I had no clue how to get it with ease.
In addition at those days, my body reacted with severe illness because of the constant tension and pressure I put on myself.
I wanted to change so I began to trustfully open my fists – first one hand, then – slowly – the other. So that things could fall into my hands without any pressure or me pushing the grass growing faster.
I started to let go more and more of the illusion of control – and of my idea what I should do to get my big piece of the cake.
The results were and still are amazing:
First: I experience less physical pain because of the constant change between contraction (focus) and relaxation (open receptiveness).
Second: New people and big international projects appeared (better: I realized their presence) in my life – and since then I have experienced an abundance and wealth I could never ever imagine getting so easily.
That’s it for today. Thanks for listening. If you liked what you’ve just heard, give me a Thumbs Up – and share your experiences with us in the comments.
